many significant energies and medicines. It is no coincidence my place,
Heron Brook Haven, is named after them or that this program is
either. They embody all the elements and offer a strength and grace
that only they carry. We all are kind of gangly looking and awkward as
we try to take flight as the Heron can appear however when they are in
flight their beauty and their flow is an awesome sight. The Heron
symbolizes aggressive self healing and balance,two important pieces to
any journey. They are mostly solitary creatures and yet come together
in community when needed and when the time is right-the spiritual path
is often a solo journey because no one can walk it for you, you have to
walk your path to your truth, however we always have help when we need
it. The Heron has the power and balance to stand on it's own and follow
it's own call regardless of what others may say or do. Is the medicine

Programs
Enrollment for the spring session of The Heron's Path must be completed by March 13th. This course will be offered for an alternative cycle in the Fall.
The Heron's Path:
A program for men and women of Self-empowerment and Self-discovery that leads to remembering and recovering you!!!This course will contain teachings from several cultures to offer you a diverse knowledge base for discovering your path and truths. The core of all teachings is the Wheel, Circle of Life or Sacred Hoop, it has many names depending on which culture is speaking of it. It is the basis of all life, where we all come from and where our roots are planted. If we want to grow, we must get in touch with these inner workings of Self.
This is a local and distant program and will be done through e-mail, postal mailings and a monthly hour phone session. The program is run on the 13 Moon Cycles and concludes with a four day retreat at Heron Brook Haven. It requires a commitment to yourself and your journey and a willingness to open your heart and connect to your soul. Many of us feel we have done this, yet through your own “initiation” you discover parts and places of yourself you forgot existed.
The course is run on the Moon cycles so it will coincide with the energies at play in your life and enhance your forward movement and growth. You will learn and discover what all those energies are and how to work with them, instead of against them. It will offer means for you to understand your spiritual essence and why you operate as you do. Some teachings come from our pre-history and are still around because they are living truths that have stood the test of time and when it is a truth it can't be denied. Incorporating these truths into your life can bring about incredible changes, healing and growth.
Before each New Moon you will receive the next package for your process. Each package will contain some or all of the following to guide you on your journey: readings, lessons, meditations, Shamanic/Medicine exercises, ritual and ceremonial work, altars, Dreamwork, shadow work, writing, projects and more. The course is completed with the four day retreat here at Heron Brook Haven which will finalize the process and bring together all your teachings. This is held during the 13th Moon-the Moon of transformation. At the end of the retreat you will receive a certificate of completion.
This is an initiation process that will guide you to your truths and aid you in your transformation. As we all go forward in these changing times, we all need to work together and begin to create the changes that will carry us forward into the Fifth World of Peace. Sit with yourself for a moment and ask if this is your calling and your path. We are led to the right people and places for our journeys and you will know if this is yours. It is a very personal journey and one that years ago required years of study under one teacher. In modern times with our technology, lifestyles and the changes occurring, we can accomplish our “initiation” in a shorter time frame and each in our own way. Discover and learn to be the co-creator that you are.
Cost of the program covers your “Moonly” packages, phone sessions and the retreat at the end of your process. I am also available via email to answer any questions during the program. You will have to manifest a few items and may already have some of them. In your first package you will receive detailed instructions and the list of items needed. The cost is $2000 and can be paid up front or in installments, there are varied payment options available. I offer one free scholarship each session as a way to give back for all my blessings (the one for this session has already been awarded). This cycle -begins March 15, 2010 and concludes with a retreat from March 23-March 27, 2011.
